Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We require clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can verify the damage and resolve it quickly.
To request an exchange, email supports@airvitax.com with your order details. Once your return is approved and in transit back to us, we will arrange for your replacement item to be shipped.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
