To cancel an order, please email us at supports@airvitax.com before shipment. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. If successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, and a 4.5% transaction processing fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

Please read the following carefully to understand our returns policy and restocking fees, which apple to all product sold by AIRVITAX. Purchases made between November 21st and December 24th can be returned until January 6th of the following year. Please note, that the item needs to be in new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges.
1. For orders with suspected fraudulent payments, or high chargeback risk on the shopify payment gateway system, we reserve the right to refuse to ship the goods, and return the money. In these cases, we will charge a 4.5% transaction processing fee. This fee is retained by the financial service provider that processed your payment, not AIRVITAX.
2. For orders with suspected fraudulent shipping addresses or high risk of refunds, such as shipping addresses at warehouses, shopify payment gateway systems, we reserve the right to refuse shipment and return the money. In these cases, we will charge a 4.5% transaction processing fee. This fee is retained by the financial service provider that processed your payment, not AIRVITAX.
Within 14 days of receipt: Only the return shipping fee will be deducted, along with a 4.5% transaction processing fee. This fee is not retained by AIRVITAX but by the financial service provider that handled your online payment.

The following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:
A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
B) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.

If the customer decides to arrange the return shipment and the request has been confirmed by the AIRVITAX customer service team, the customer is responsible for ensuring the safe shipment and successful return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. AIRVITAX is not liable for the cost of return shipping arranged by the customer nor for any lost return packages. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package. Once we confirm the returned product meets our return conditions, we will deduct any applicable fees and issue the remaining refund to the customer's original payment method.
If the refund has not been credited to your account after 7 days, we recommend contacting your credit card company and/or bank. Please note that delays may occur due to the varying procedures of financial institutions.
This return policy applies only to products purchased through the AIRVITAX official website (https://airvitax.com). Purchases made through other channels, such as Amazon or offline dealers, are not covered by this policy. Customers must adhere to the return policies of the respective platforms or dealers.
United States: We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or other U.S. territories at this time. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or military addresses.
Canada: We provide shipping to all provinces across Canada, though we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or military addresses.
Europe, Oceania: We provide shipping to all country across Europe, Oceania, though we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or military addresses.
Please Note: All of our products include taxes, meaning no additional taxes will be applied when purchasing from our U.S. or Canadian official online stores ( airvitax.com ).

If, for any reason, you do not receive this email or need further shipping information, please email us at supports@airvitax.com, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Please submit any address change requests within 90 minutes of placing your order. Click here to submit your address change request, and we will process it free of charge.
If more than 90 minutes have passed since you placed your order, you can still prioritize submitting an address change request by clicking here. If the change is successful, there will be no charge. If the change is unsuccessful, the shipment may have already been dispatched.
In that case, you can refuse the package, but we will charge a shipping. (We will notify you via email regardless of whether the address change is successful.)
If the shipping carrier has made multiple delivery attempts but the package remains undelivered due to no one being available to receive it, and it is returned to us, We will charge the shipping fee, and if the customer wants to redeliver we will charge the shipping fee again for the next delivery.
If you have not received your product but the tracking number shows the items as delivered, please contact us within 5 business days. After 5 business days, we will no longer be able to handle this issue, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve it.
In very rare cases, shipments may be slightly delayed. If you do not receive your order within 20 business days, please feel free to reach out to us at supports@airvitax.com. To ensure we can assist you effectively, please provide your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.
